Ambassador Kasahara Visits the Bureau of Agriculture’s Japan Funded Facilities

On April 29, 2026, Ambassador KASAHARA Kenichi visited two facilities funded by the Government of Japan, located within the Bureau of Agriculture compound in Ngchesar. Mr. Goran Vanoosterweyck, Chief of the Livestock Division, Mr. Morgan Mutok, Livestock Officer, and Dr. KITAYAMA Ayumi, JICA Volunteer (Veterinarian) assigned to the Division of Livestock, provided explanations regarding the meat-processing station, chicken slaughterhouse, and veterinary laboratory.
 
Ms. Ltelatk Fritz, Business Advisor to the COVID-19 Response for Affected Poor and Vulnerable Groups Project, and Food Processing Assistants Ms. Colette Rengulbai and Ms. Coleen Rengulbai, explained the project operations and marketing activities related to taro production.
