Opening ceremony of greenhouse using deep ocean water in Melekeok

On September 10, 2025, DCM ONO attended opening ceremony of greenhouse using deep ocean water in Melekeok. This project is a part of JICA’s data collection survey on the private investment promotion using deep ocean water. The ceremony was attended by the Palauan dignitaries including Charles Obichang, Minister for Public Infrastructure and Industries and Reklai Raphael B Ngirmang, Paramount High Chief.
