Graduation Ceremony of Palau Community College

On May 16, 2025, DCM ONO attended the graduation ceremony of Palau Community College (PCC). The ceremony was attended by Palauan dignitaries including President Surangel Whipps Jr. PCC was originally established as Mokkototeiyoseijo (vocational school for wood worker) during Japanese time. PCC will celebrate the 100 anniversaries in 2027.
