Upcycling Marine Plastic Workshop by True Blue

On April 30, 2025, Ms. TAMAMURA Megumi and Mr. TAKAHASHI Ayumu, co-founders of True Blue which is a marine environmental organization that transforms ocean plastic waste into art, conducted workshops at Aimeliik Elementary School and Palau Mission Academy High School.

During the workshops, Ms. Tamamura explained about the current issues surrounding marine plastic pollution by showing pictures, and after that, students created original keychains by melting finely crushed plastics such as bottle caps.
