Largest per capita number of JICA volunteers in Palau

Five new JICA volunteers met with Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki on February 6, 2024. This brings the total number of the JICA volunteers in Palau to thirty-four, the largest number of volunteers per capita in the world. The new volunteers will be working with their respective counterparts in the various fields including statistics, nursing, and physiotherapy.
