On October 21, 2023, Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki met with Mr. HIGUCHI Haruyuki, the member of the Shigaku Research Institute, and exchanged views on future activities ahead of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relationship between Japan and Palau.
