On October 6, 2023, Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki met with Mr. David Proctor, the new President/CEO of National Development Bank of Palau, along with Hon. Gustav Aitaro, Minister of State, Hon. Kaleb Udui, Minister of Finance, H.E. Peter Adelbai, Ambassador of Palau to Japan and others from the government of Palau.
