Japan Air Self-Defense Force's C-130H Visits Palau in Multilateral Training "Mobility Guardian 23"

On July 15, 2023, Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF)'s transport aircraft C-130H landed at Palau International Airport as a part of multilateral training, Mobility Guardian 23.
 
Based on the Free and Open Indo-Pacific (FOIP) vision, JASDF, in cooperation with allies and like-minded countries, is making efforts to enhance its capabilities to carry out various missions in the Pacific island countries in order to contribute to peace and stability of the region. The government and people of Palau, who share universal values with Japan, have consistently given their warm understanding and support for these JASDF initiatives.
 
JASDF will continue to work with the people of Palau and other Pacific island countries sharing universal values such as freedom, democracy, fundamental human rights, and the rule of law to uphold and reinforce the FOIP so as to ensure peace and stability of the international community.
