Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki met with the "Field Survey of Palau in FY 2023" 1st Delegation from the Japan Association for Recovery and Repatriation of War Casualties (JARRWC) on May 17, 2023. In December 2019 they suspended their visit to Palau due to the COVID-19 pandemic but resumed it in May 2022.
