On January 10, 2023, Ambassador Orikasa visited the House of Delegates Eleventh Olbiil Era Kelulau (Palau National Congress) and paid a courtesy call on Honorable 16 Delegates. After the session, Ambassador was invited to lunch with Speaker Hon. Sabino Anastacio, Vice Speaker Hon. Lucio Ngiraiwet and teachers of Melekeok Elementary School.
