On 9 January 2023, Ambassador Orikasa welcomed a courtesy call by Dr. WATANABE Atsushi, Senior Research Fellow of Ocean Policy Research Institute of Sasakawa Peace Foundation. They exchanged their views on policy measures to develop sustainable agriculture, aquaculture and fisheries in Palau.
