ADB Disaster Resilient Clean Energy Project Team Visits the Embassy

On October 8, 2026, ADB Senior Energy Specialist Mr. Elmar Elbling, Project Officer Ms. Tess Leono, and Low Carbon Project Development Specialist (Consultant) Ms. Mizuki Ida met with Ambassador KASAHARA Kenichi.
 
They discussed the progress of ADB’s Disaster Resilient Clean Energy Project in Palau, which is supported by the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction, and for its second phase, the Japan Fund for the Joint Crediting Mechanism.
