Senator Mori from Japan Visits Palau

On August 5 to 9, 2026, Hon. MORI Masako, Member of the Senate, visited Palau. During the visit, Senator Mori paid courtesy calls on H.E. President Whipps and Hon. Steven Victor, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and the Environment, and also called on Hon. Raynold Oilouch, Vice President/ Minister of Health and Human Services, to exchange views on telemedicine.

In addition, visits were made to the JICA Office and the office of medical NGO Peace Winds Japan, where briefings were provided on Japan’s wide-ranging support for Palau.
