Visit of Japan Association of Mrine Safety (JAMS) to the Embassy

On August 5, 2026, Ambassador KASAHARA Kenichi met with Mr. NOZAWA Yoshitada, the new Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Team, Micronesia Region, from the Japan Association of Marine Safety (JAMS). Ambassador KASAHARA shared an overview of Palau, and they exchanged views on promoting the ongoing JAMS’s project for strengthening maritime surveillance capacity in Micronesian Region.
