IOM Chief of Mission for the North Pacific Coordination Office Visits the Embassy

On March 5, 2026, Ms. Ewa Naqvi, Chief of Mission of the IOM Coordination Office for the North Pacific, met with Ambassador KASAHARA Kenichi. Ms. Naqvi was accompanied by Mr. Yohan Senarath, Head of Sub Office in Palau, and Mr. Benoit Poletti, Chief Executive Officer of INCERT, a company contracted to conduct the technical assessment for the e-passport project funded by the government of Japan, and other team members. The team discussed the current status of the project and how to deliver a system tailored to meet Palau’s needs.
