JICA’s OTEC Team Visits the Embassy

On January 27, 2026, JICA team led by Dr. Katsuya Kuga, Deputy Director General and Group Director for Energy and Mining Infrastructure Management Department, met with Ambassador KASAHARA Kenichi, and discussed the progress of Ocean Therman Energy Conversion (OTEC) project in Palau.
