44th Constitutional Day for Ngatpang State

On January 23, 2026, DCM ONO attended the ceremony to commemorate the 44th Constitutional Day for Ngatpang State. The ceremony was attended by Surangel Whipps Jr, the President of the Republic of Palau. In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation for various Japanese assistance to Ngatpang state, his home state.
