On December 23, 2025, Ambassador KASAHARA Kenichi visited Palau Community College, the only institution of higher education in Palau, to pay a courtesy visit to Dr. Patrick Tellei, President of PCC. During the visit, President Tellei explained the history of the college’s establishment and its educational policies.
