Kagawa Prefecture hosts “Palau Udon Demonstration Event”

On December 19, 2025, the “ Palau Udon Demonstration Event,” hosted by Kagawa Prefecture and attended by Mr. IWATA Naoyuki, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Palau in Sendai, and Ishimaru Seimen Co., Ltd., was held at the Ngarachamayong Cultural Center. After a live demonstration by the udon chefs, there was a tasting session and all the participants were able to enjoy freshly made Kagawa udon.
