Ambassador Orikasa’s Visit to Postmaster General Santy Asanuma

On December 8, 2025, Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki, together with Ms. Hisako Hanaoka, the granddaughter of the former Director of the Japan Postal Service in Palau during World War II, paid a visit to Postmaster General Santy Asanuma. They discussed the period of Japanese administration in Palau as well as conditions during World War II.
