Visit by LCDR Chris Lelah, Chief of Defense Cooperation at the U.S. Embassy in Palau

On December 3, 2025, Lieutenant Commander Chris Lelah, Chief of Defense Cooperation at the U.S. Embassy in Palau, visited Ambassador ORIKASA to discuss the donation of World War II–related personal effects to the Peleliu World War II Museum.The artifacts, connected to both Japan and the United States, were entrusted by the relatives of a U.S. service member and will be donated to the museum under the jurisdiction of the Peleliu State Government.
