On October 8th, 2025 Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki met with Mr. NAKAO Masahide, Director of the International Cooperation Team, Micronesia Region, the Japan Association of Marine Safety and his team. They discussed donor coordination to strengthen maritime security in Palau.
