On September 17, 2025, Ms. Jenna J. Lindeke Heavenrich, a visiting fellow at the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, met with Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki to discuss development cooperation and coordination among Palau’s donor partners.
Ms. Heavenrich specializes in Pacific Island nations and has been researching donor coordination efforts in Palau.
