From 4th to 6th August, a delegation led by the Japan Fisheries Agency visited Palau. The delegation met with Palauan leaders, and explained the situation of Okinawan fishermen, who have operated in Palauan waters for over 100 years. They also explained the contributions of Japanese stakeholders to Palau's fisheries sector.
