Four JICA Volunteers Visit the Embassy

On July 10, 2025, four JICA volunteers who started their assignment in July 2023, met with Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki.
 
Mr. ARAI Yoshiaki, assigned to Palau Baseball Federation/Palau National Olympic Committee, worked with baseball programs and development in Palau. Dr. NATORI Noriaki had been dispatched to Ebiil Society to conduct marine resources research project. Ms. MIURA Rina helped to further develop science education at Belau Modekngei School. Ms. ITO Eriko contributed to Japanese language education at Mindszenty High School.
 
The four volunteers will return to Japan at the end of July.
