From May 28 to 30, 2025, H.E. Surangel S. WHIPPS Jr., President of the Republic of Palau, visited Japan to participate in the 30th annual Future of Asia forum, hosted by Nikkei. This marks a fourth consecutive visit to Japan by President Whipps within four months this year and his ninth visit overall since taking office in January 2021.
