Ambassador Orikasa Welcomes New NPA Interim Country Director

On May 6, 2025, Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki had the pleasure of meeting Norwegian People's Aid’s (NPA) new Interim Country Director, Ms. Melissa Andersson, who was accompanied by the outgoing Interim Country Director, Ms. Christine Leikvang. The meeting provided an opportunity for Ms. Andersson to share her vision for NPA’s continued unexploded ordnance (UXO) work, and to express appreciation for Ms. Leikvang’s contributions to the Republic of Palau during her tenure. We extend a warm welcome to Ms. Andersson and our best wishes to Ms. Leikvang in her future endeavors.
