Ambassador Orikasa Attends a UN Micronesia Webinar on Palau’s Economic Future: Financial Sector Perspectives and Capacity Building

On February 25, 2025, Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki participated in the United Nations Micronesia Webinar Series, titled “Palau’s Economic Future: Financial Sector Perspectives and Capacity Building”.

The seminar focused on the possibility of more sustainable management and utilization of financial resources through the implementation of Palau’s digital savings bonds.

 The keynote address was delivered by Professor Dr. YOSHINO Naoyuki, Professor Emeritus of Economics, Keio University of Japan and former Dean of the Asian Development Bank Institute.
