On February 3, 2025, Dr. YOSEDA Kenzo of the Overseas Fishery Cooperation Foundation of Japan (OFCF) and Dr. BABA Osamu, Professor Emeritus of the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, met with Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki to discuss fisheries cooperation between Palau and Japan.
