Koror Elementary School - Undokai

In an effort to celebrate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations with Palau, the Embassy of Japan, along with PE teacher Ms. Ikeshita, organized an "Undokai" (Sports Day) for the 3rd grade class at Koror Elementary School. The students participated in four traditional undokai events: the relay race, balance relay, tug of war ("tsunahiki"), and ball toss ("tama ire").

At the end of the event, the blue team emerged as the winners and received origami medals along with other prizes. To promote good oral health, all students were also gifted a Japanese toothbrush.
