On October 14, 2024, Ambassador ORIKASA met five guests including FUKUDA Shinsaku Hirosaki University President and ABE Takao Former Representative Director and Chairman of Shibata Irika Co.,Ltd. They exchanged views with Palauan government and school officials about local government and school exchange programs in the future.
