Director Nameki of Japan’s Ministry of the Environment Meets Minister Udui

On August 28, 2024, Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki and Dr. NAMEKI Mimi, Director of International Cooperation for Decarbonization and Sustainable Development Infrastructure, Ministry of the Environment, Japan, met with Hon. Mr. Kaleb Udui Jr., Minister of Finance, and Ms. Eden Uchel, Director of Palau Energy and Water Administration, Ministry of Finance, to discuss how to ensure effective cooperation between the two governments and with the other donors for Palau’s sustainable development. Dr. Nameki also met with Ms. Landisang Kotaro, Chief of Staff at the Office of the President, and others during her visit to Palau.
