Ambassador Orikasa Meets with Kagoshima-Maru Captain Habano

On September 6, 2024, Kagoshima University’s training ship, Kagoshima-Maru Captain HABANO Akimasa and Chief Engineer FURUSAWA Yasutoshi visited Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki, and discussed exchanges between Palauan and Japanese youth and how to support Palauan students interested in fisheries studies to study in Japan. During the ship’s port call in Koror, students from Palau High School visited the ship.
