JICA Energy Team visits Embassy

On July 25, Dr. KUGE Katsuya, Deputy Director General of Infrastructure Management Department, JICA, and others made a visit to Embassy to discuss future introduction of Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) and energy supply situations in Palau.
