On May 20, 2024, Senator Secilil Eldebechel who is also the President of Ngara Telkangel Association, and Mr. HORIGUCHI Kazuma of HSC Corporation met with Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki to discuss a possible waste management project for Ngchesar State.
