Japan’s Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Project-Update “The Project for Facilitating Hand-Wash Station to Schools in Babeldaob and Outlying States”

The Project for Facilitating Hand-Wash Station to Schools in Babeldaob and Outlying States installed 27 hand-wash stations at 14 schools in Babeldaob and Outlying States under Japan’s Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) in December 2021. The phase 2 combined with the phase 1 of the project for Koror and Airai states have brought a total of 89 hand-wash stations to 28 schools. The facilities have improved access to hand-washing for children and school staff in Palau.
