On March 25, 2024, Ambassador ORIKASA Hiroyuki received a visit by CDR ARAI Katsutomo, Operations and Plans Department, Maritime Staff Office, Ministry of Defense. The two exchanged views on situation around maritime security in the Pacific region and Japan-Palau cooperations on this matter.
