On February 15, 2023, Ambassador Hiroyuki ORIKASA invited to his residence Japanese government scholarship alumni in Palau. Ambassador Orikasa emphasized the importance of a people to people exchange and expressed his hope for continued alumni activities in Palau while noting that the year 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of Japan and Palau's diplomatic relations.
