Ambassador Orikasa visited PEC Gospel Kindergarten on February 8, 2023 and saw children and teachers enjoy their new facility reconstructed under the 2020 Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects from Japan (GGP). This project has been supporting early childhood education in Palau.
