JICA Volunteer Activity Presentation

On January 20, 2023, Ambassador Orikasa attended JICA Palau Office's Volunteer Activity Presentation at Palau Community College Assembly Hall. At the program, 6 JICA Overseas Volunteers (JOCVs) presented outcomes of their activities. The program was attended by Minister of State Hon. Gustav Aitaro, Minister of Health and Human Services Hon. Gaafar Uherbelau, Governor of Ngardmau State Hon. Johnston B. Aderkeroi, officials of Ministry of Education, Ngardmau Elementary School, Palau Public Utilities Cooperation, Belau National Hospital and Palau Community College Cooperative Research and Extension. As of January 2023, 19 JOCVs are dispatched to Palau and dedicating themselves to human resources development in Palau.
